    Complete a comprehensive profile so your personal stylist can get to know you, your body and where we can help. Fill out the basics including sizes and preferences then select any items you don't wish to receive. You can update your profile at anytime throughout your subscription to adjust what you're looking for or to accommodate a new size. Your personal stylist would love to see your Pinterest Board to gain insight into your inspiration, so feel free to include this.

  • Wait for your Pretty Package

    Your Frock Box Favourites or Gold will be curated just for you by your stylist within 10 business days of sign up. You'll receive a shipping notification from Canada Post by email once your box is on it's way! Frock Box Jewels are shipped monthly on the 6th, so you can expect to see your jewels around the 15th of each month. Sit back and clear some room in your closet! What is Frock Box?

Frock Box is a monthly clothing and jewelry subscription for women. With three boxes to choose from, we have something for every woman!

Frock Box Jewel includes a handmade piece of jewelry or accessory by a Canadian designer for $29.95/month with free shipping. If you love to accessorize while supporting Canadian designers - this box is for you! Featured Canadian jewelry designers have included: Eliasz & Ella, Rishells, VMD Jewelry the Vintage Heart and many more.

Frock Box Gold includes 2-3 handpicked outfit items for $69.95/month with free shipping. Gold boxes are outfit based and designed for someone who could use a hand putting pieces together. Follow the prompts to subscribe, fill out your style profile and wait for your stylist to surprise you with an outfit delivered to your door. Gold boxes include an outfit tying in your style preferences, current trends and season.

Frock Box Favourites includes five handpicked, individually priced clothing pieces every month. Try on at home, keep what you want and return the rest. The monthly styling fee is $24.95 with FREE return shipping. All items must be shipped back within the time-frame indicated on your invoice; otherwise, you'll be billed for the entire bag. Your bag will include five individually priced clothing items (typically $24-$99/each) and a return postage label. Place your returned pieces in the included reusable bag and attach the prepaid shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any Canada Post mailbox or at the Post Office. Login to your account and checkout, your credit card will be charged for any kept items (+GST). Keep one or more items and your styling fee of $24.95 is credited from the total. Love everything in your box? Keep it all and receive 25% off the total bill. Keep nothing, the styling fee of $24.95 will remain.

What sizes are available?

Sizes range from XS to 3XL. In pants, 0 to 24. We want to make sure we have products for everyBODY. However, sizing varies with product and we'll do our best to adjust based on the fit vs the tag.

When is the deadline to order to receive the next months box?

No deadline! You can begin your subscription at any time and will be billed every month on the day you signed up!

Can I buy previous months’ boxes?

Unfortunately not. Our stylists select pieces specific to our subscribers and most of our boxes are unique to the individual. Make sure to check out our online shop to view a range of items for sale or if you're local, come down and say hi!

Can I switch between boxes?

Of course! Try them all out and see what you like. You can cancel your subscription at any time and begin a subscription for a different box. You can also have more than one subscription going at once!

Where are Frock Box products made?

We source from multiple countries and have a variety of goods – some locally made (St. Albert, AB) and others sourced from US/China. Ensuring good quality, affordable products is very important to us. We also strive to work with local “Momprenuers” to help support the Stay At Home Mom dream.

What inspired Frock Box?

Frock Box came about after a “lets meet for coffee” date between friends in St. Albert, AB. They all had ideas, expertise (a former fashion buyer for the Bay, a graphic designer/social media guru and an amazing event planner/PR specialist); but they needed each other to make this website a reality. Several weeks later, after much hard work, Frock Box was born! We hope you like it as much as we do.

When will my credit card be charged?

For Gold and Jewel boxes, your first payment will be made the day you subscribe and subsequent subscriptions are billed on your anniversary date every month. 
Favourites boxes, you will be charged your styling fee the day you subscribe and each month on your anniversary date. Once you’ve received your box and have selected which items you will be returning and keeping, your card will be charged for the items you have kept.

How do I update my credit card information on file?

Simply log into your account, go to My Saved Cards, and edit your information.

How often will I receive my Frock Box?

You will receive one box monthly.

Can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account and go to My Subscriptions. Then, click cancel.

How can I update my style profile?

Just log in to your customer account, go to Style Profile, and edit any information you need to!

When can I expect my Frock Box to arrive?

We're so happy to see you excited for you shipment! We pack and ship boxes within 10 business days.

Can I track my package?

Yes! Once your package has shipped, log into your customer account and you will be able to track your package from your dashboard!

How can I update my shipping address?

Just log in to your customer account, go to Address Book, and edit your information!

Where do you ship and what is the cost?

We currently only ship to Canadian residents. All shipping costs are included in our styling fees. *Nunavut customers will be charged an additional shipping charge dependent on address/location.

What is your return policy on Gold Boxes?

Frock Box strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. With that said, we understand that something might not be for you. Please contact us and ship the entire box or unwanted item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a credit – If the entire box is returned, you’ll be issued a full refund. If you only want to return some of your items, you’ll be issued a partial refund. *You may receive ONE FREE GOLD RETURN shipping code every three months. The cost of return shipping outside of this will be dependent on the carrier you use and at the returnee’s expense. Email us at to start your return.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately (or fortunately!) our inventory is always changing so we aren't able to offer exchanges. If you would like an item in a different colour or size, let your stylist know in the Contact My Stylist tab of your account and if available we will send it in your next months’s box though we can not guarantee items!

What if my items arrive damaged?

In the off chance that your items do arrive damaged, please notify us by email ( within five days so we can rectify the situation.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes! You can set up a subscription at anytime for a friend. Just follow the prompts but include their information. Please note: your billing information will be attached to the account for any purchases.

How can I change my renewal date?

To change your renewal date, send us an email at and we’ll change it for you!

What if I'm not here this month?

To skip a month, email us at and we’ll make sure you don’t get charged or receive a package that month. Alternatively, if you’re here for part of the month, email us and we’ll change your renewal date so that your package arrives while you’re available!

Can I get in touch with my stylist?

Yes! To send your stylist a message or a request, log in to your customer account and go to Contact My Stylist. Type in your message and hit send, and your stylist will see your message before filling your next box!

How do I add a promo code?

If you’re a new customer, you will be prompted to add a promo code when checking out.

What is your return policy on Favourites box?

Once you have received your favourites box and have tried on your items and decided what you are keeping, log into your customer account and click on your box. Select the items you are returning and click send.

What if my shipment hasn't arrived?

Send us an email at if you feel your shipment is late. You can track your package on your dashboard on your Customer account.

How do I make a specific request to my stylist for an item or outfit?

If you have a specific request for this month’s box, log in to your customer account and go to Contact My Stylist. Then, type in your request and send it! Your stylist will see your request when filling your box.

What is your price range for clothing?

Our pricing typically ranges from $24 to $99 but we do carry a variety of brands and pieces that cater to the $99+ subscribers.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from email notifications?

To subscribe or unsubscribe from email notifications, simply log in to your customer account, and go to Newsletter Subscriptions. Click the box to subscribe or unsubscribe.

Commenting on social media for pieces?

When commenting on social media, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the product you requested, as we only carry a certain number of sizes and colours. If you didn’t get what you requested, it is likely that we were out of stock of the product when your stylist was filling your box.

Can I return in store if I'm local?

Yes, you can! However, make sure to still check out from your customer account on!

Can I switch or request a different stylist?
